Post - Assistant Construction Manager
- Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Construction Manager, located in Guwahati. The Assistant Construction Manager will be responsible for -
overseeing construction project,
ensuring compliance with safety & quality standards,
managing project plans,
controlling budgets,
coordinating with various stakeholders.
Day-to-day tasks include supervising construction activities,
monitoring project progress, implementing safety protocols,
assisting in resolving any issues that arise during the construction process.
Qualifications
Proven Supervisory Skills and experience in overseeing construction teams
Knowledge and experience in Budgeting for construction projects
Understanding of Construction Safety protocols and regulations
Proficiency in Construction and Project Control practices
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work on-site and manage multiple tasks effectively
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred
Previous experience in the construction industry is a plus.
